Training For Warriors Thailand – Strength and Conditioning for MMA/BJJ
Hey guys, hope everyone is doing great!
This week I wanted to share with you guys my experience from training at Training for Warriors Thailand.
This was the first time that I’ve done any proper S&C routine to supplement my BJJ and I was really really happy with the results and the process itself. If you’re ever in Phuket, Thailand I highly recommend checking them out!
Hope you enjoy and please like, comment, share and subscribe if you did!
Today was my last full day in Phuket and I made sure to enjoy it with great company. It was an amazing experience being here.
As hard, nerve racking and strenuous as it can get to live the life that I have chosen which is full of difficult moments of doubts and fears, everything subsides when I look at the big picture. I’m a very blessed man. At the end of the day I get to pursue my passion, constantly meet new and amazing people, make amazing friends and grow and mature as a man.
Thank you so much to everyone who was a part of these past 4 months!
A special thanks goes out to my two main coaches here in Olavo Abreu for all the support, the teachings and giving me the space and aiding in my growth on the mat and to Mark Mariani for helping me to get in perhaps the best shape of my life and igniting a passion in me for strength and conditioning with the passion and approach he brought everyday at Training For Warriors – Thailand. Also to my main two drilling partners Kevin Ciarniello and Vadim who helped me so much. To everyone who’s helped and inspired me on the mats to consistently challenge myself and also off of them to improve myself as a human being and continue to open myself up more. To the few guys that are over 40 and that had never done BJJ before who came in and did two a days, while getting smashed as new white belts while keeping on such a positive and grateful attitude. Your example was a constant lesson and reminder of how I should strive to be (you know who you guys are!). I can’t express my gratitude enough.
The last and most important thanks is to Minyoung Kim for just… well everything!
I’ll be back!
Much love to everyone!
